With our latest update we introduce Instrument Filters. This means that buyers can find Sample Packs, Stock Music, Presets, DAW Templates, Beats and even Sound FX by instrument type. Read on to learn what this means for sellers and buyers.
What are Instrument Filters?
As written above Instrument Filters are shown on the search page and allow customers and buyers to filter all items by instrument type. If they search for a Sample Pack they can simply go to the main category Sample Packs. There they can select the instruments type they are looking for and all the items with for example Acoustic Guitar samples and loops are listed.
Because we added this new feature now there might be not many results yet because most items that have been listed previously might not have tagged the instrument types for their items.
The new filter instrument type help users to find faster what they are looking for.
What changes for sellers?
When sellers upload a new item they now need to tag the instrument types included in their item. But we strongly recommend to tag instrument types in your previous products aswell, so your item will be found more easily by potential customers.
If you are selling Beats and Instrumentals or Stock Music you might still want to tag all the instruments that are included in your track. Because this helps customers to find Beats and Instrumentals with the desired instrument types.
