Checkout

How the storefront checkout works: payment, delivery, and post-purchase experience.

Storefront checkout with product summary and payment form.
Checkout on your storefront: product summary, email field, and Stripe payment form.

Buyers complete purchases inside your branded storefront checkout.

The flow

  1. Buyer clicks a purchase button on a product page.
  2. Checkout shows the product summary, price, and a payment form powered by Stripe (or your enabled methods).
  3. Buyer enters their email and payment details.
  4. On success, they see an Order Success page with confirmation and download/access instructions.

What makes it convert

  • Minimal fields: email + payment only; no account creation required.
  • Clear summary: product name, price, and license visible throughout.
  • Discount codes: buyers can apply codes at checkout when you have active discounts.
  • Seller support: the success page shows your support email from Store settings when set; buyers can also use your FAQ and Live Chat if you enable them.

After payment

Buyers receive access to downloads immediately. They can revisit purchases via My Orders using the email they paid with. If license keys are enabled on a product, unique keys are generated per purchase.
