Email Marketing: out of credits

Buy credits or upgrade tier; campaigns pause when balance hits zero.

Email marketing uses a credit pool from your plan. When depleted, new sends block until you purchase credits or upgrade.

  • Open Settings > Billing for plan change.
  • Use in-app credit purchase if offered after Stripe return.
