Store → Email Settings

Customize transactional emails: purchase confirmation, newsletter, subscriptions, cart abandonment, and order access.

Under Store → Email Settings you edit the HTML emails your buyers receive after key events.

Templates you can edit

  • Purchase confirmation: after a successful payment.
  • Newsletter subscriber confirmation: double opt-in style confirmation.
  • Subscription invoice / Subscription canceled: membership billing emails.
  • Cart abandonment: store-level template (separate from Marketing → Abandoned Carts campaign editor).
  • Order access: magic link style access to downloads.

Per-template controls

Each template has subject, preheader, and body with the built-in HTML editor. Toggle whether your avatar appears in the header. Use Send test when available to verify rendering.
