Optional storefront apps sellers turn on: chat, reviews, FAQ, blog, make an offer, and more.

Stores can enable optional apps that change what buyers see. Sellers install them under Store → Apps; this section covers the buyer side.

Common storefront apps

Blog and Podcast . posts and episodes on the store.
Make an offer . propose a price on eligible products.
Reviews . ratings and comments on products.
Live Chat . message the seller from the store.
FAQ . answers above the store footer.
Social proof . recent activity notifications on the store.

Not every store installs every app. If a feature is missing, the seller has not enabled it.
