Conversation filters

  • All: every conversation.
  • Store: buyers who messaged from your storefront (requires Live Chat app).
  • Community: membership group chats.
  • Internal: team-only threads.
  • Archived: hidden conversations.

Sending messages

The composer supports text, emoji, images, audio, video, and document attachments. Typing indicators and online presence show when the other party is active.

Actions

  • Archive: hide without deleting.
  • Delete: remove the conversation.
  • Block: stop messages from a contact.
  • Mute: silence notification sounds.

Message limits & credits

Your plan includes a monthly chat message allowance. When exhausted, a Buy credits modal appears. Additional credits can be purchased from Billing.
