Customer Portal
The customer account hub: orders, downloads, subscription, courses, community, referrals, and support.
Customer Portal (My Orders) is the buyer account area. Buyers reach it from your store and sign in with the email they used at checkout.
Sections
- Orders: purchase history and invoices.
- Downloads: files from every purchase (see Orders).
- Subscriptions and Community: membership status and community access (see Subscriptions).
- Courses: enrolled courses (see Courses).
- Referrals: the buyer's referral link, when the store offers one.
- Support: contact the store and view past tickets.
- Settings: update account details.
